Shipping policy

We ship to Canadian addresses only. The cost of shipping items up to 2kg is calculated at a flat rate of $12.00 and $20.00 for express shipping. The cost of shipping items over 2kg is calculated at a flat rate of $25.00. We use UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator for shipping, and choose the service with the best delivery time and cost. PO Boxes must be shipped via Canada Post. Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment and when all items are in stock.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

For customers, in the Victoria area, pick-up may be arranged in the Fernwood or Cook St Village areas. To arrange for pick-up instead of shipping, email us at wildeheartbooks@gmail.com. We reserve the right to decline pick-up based on availability.
